After Sales Network Operations Manager- Multinational Gaming and Electronics- Central London

The opportunity to work for a Multinational Electronic and Gaming Corporation as their After Sales Network Manager, has come to market. This is a chance to develop not only your career path within an excelling company, but also to advance on your operational and logistics knowledge.

This position is situated within the Technical Services department, reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, in a team of 10 people. Each individual is responsible for their own territory, which offer marketing on products to 100+ countries. The department support the SIEE region and are responsible for managing all returns and repairs on products across these areas.

Your role will be fixated around delivery high-end customer service towards the ‘consumer waiting’ list and managing end-to-end logistical processes. This position will see you being an integral liaison point for consumers, improving upon existing processes with creative and analytical abilities.

The position:
  • Responsible for ensuring that all network partners provide the best possible service for all “consumer waiting” activities.
  • Use your logistics and operational management experience to ensure that all network partners deliver against all set and contracted KPIs and SLAs.
  • Strive to achieve continual process improvements within the operational network.
  • Maintain, update and create all statements of work documents.
  • Monitor and review achieved performance within the consumer waiting channels.
  • Track vendor performance against agreed KPI’s.
  • Identifying network under-performance areas and subsequent improvement plans.
  • Manage the day to day relationship with the 4PL logistics provider.
  • Project management.
  • Cost and invoice management.
  • Volume forecasting.
  • Monitor compliance against contract expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with the network partners and the SIEE territory teams.
Your experience:

You will have previous experience in the Logistics and Warehouse Operations environment and be familiar with international networks. It is vital to manage KPI’s and territory demand, against consumer time-frames and services, to ensure you sustain a high level.

You will be able to analyse and find the cause in troubleshooting, generate solutions to these issues and provide improvements where necessary, whilst also maintaining strong internal and external relations. Previous project management is preferable, whereby you have illustrated your planning, communication and multi-tasking qualities.

You need be a self-motivated and dynamic individual to fit within this vibrant and expanding division. Good awareness of business priorities and strategic direction is preferred. If you possess a proactive, innovative and professional persona within this industry, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Preferable experience:
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics.
  • Technical understanding and ability.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • SAP and Microsoft Programmes.
  • Awareness on European language or multi-lingual divisions.
