Leading charitable organisation are targeting a bright and talented procurement professional to join their expanding team. Working out of their Global HQ, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing projects across a broad range of indirect categories. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact while adding real value to an iconic global charity.
Key procurement responsibilities:
Create and implement effective procurement strategies and execute global strategic sourcing initiatives
Influence senior leaders and liaise with global stakeholders to ensure consistent expansion within the procurement function
Ensure a high level of supplier performance by proactively managing supplier relations
Develop an in-depth of the company’s vision and supply requirements
Stay abreast with category insights and trends
Key experience and attributes:
Experience managing the full end-to-end process and strategically sourcing new suppliers
A proven track record of generating savings and creating value
Involvement managing large spends across indirect categories
Excellent negation skills and experience managing contracts with suppliers
Strong organisational skills with excellent written and verbal communication
