A new and exciting Commercial Specialist role has just become available with a financial services company based in London. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director this role offers career progression for a Commercial Specialist with strong stakeholder management

As the Commercial Specialist you will support the Commercial Director to deliver all key projects and departmental targets. This position requires extensive level of stakeholder.

Commercial Specialist Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with all teams to ensure that vendors are performing and meeting requirements
  • Maintain a contract management database
  • Communicate with stakeholders to develop contracts and agreements for services, then communicate a clear overview of the contract and provide clarity on contract elements
  • Partner with vendors and key stakeholders to establish clear contract change control processes
  • Partner with the legal team to make sure appropriate legal protections are in place

Sourcing Manager Experience and Skills
  • Be able to negotiate and manage contract life cycles
  • Experience managing large complex contracts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understand relevant market trends and vendors
  • Good Microsoft skills
  • Previous experience in a financial services company
