Contracts Manager role in Manchester - Minimum 6 month term

Your new company

This FTSE 250 company and industry leader, provides professional and consultancy services to a range of UK businesses. A temporary vacancy, for a minimum 6 month term, has arisen in their Manchester office for a Contracts Manager with a strong understanding of drafting contracts.

Your new role

You will join the Commercial Contracts team and will be responsible for the management and negotiation of all contractual documentation. As Contracts Manager you will consult with key stakeholders and clients throughout the process including pricing negotiation, resolving outstanding actions and tracking [link removed] will be involved in basic drafting and this role could suit a Buyer or Procurement Officer who has experience of managing contracts.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be available to start in October 2019 and have strong contracts drafting, reviewing and negotiating skills. You will have gained experience in services/ indirect procurement. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and challenge where necessary.
