Major FMCG requires Supply Chain professional to lead Customer interaction. Central Surrey, circa £40k + bens

Your new company
Our client is a major FMCG business with well loved brands that are sold in all major retailers. They are progressive, customer focused, and highly ethical, believing in making a positive contribution through their products and business activities.

Your new role
In this position you will play a lead role in the customer engagement strategy, taking existing Supply Chain experience (in an analytical, planning or customer related function such as Demand or Supply Planner, Stock Analyst, Customer Engagement etc), and guiding customer initiatives that add value to Customers, Retailers and Brand.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be proven in FMCG or Pharma environment, have very strong communication and analytical skills, and be able to demonstrate how your actions have led to measurable improvements in key metrics. You will be accustomed to handling complexity and detail in a fast paced environment, be comfortable making decisions based on data, and articulating your reasoning. You will have strong influencing skills and be pro-active in the delivery of your objectives, seeking out opportunities to collaborate internally and externally to bring about successful outcomes. Ideally you will have used SAP (or another ERP system), and you will have advanced Excel skills.
