The Organisation

An exciting new opportunity to take on a Customer Service Executive role in the wine industry has arisen. My client is based in Greater London and are keen to take on fresh talent who can grow and develop alongside their progressive culture.

The key responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive are to process orders and deliver exceptional customer service to all customers. Ensuring that all relationships with key customers are maintained and developed to business the company.

The Role
  • Processing orders sent through by customers via web, email, fax or the telephone
  • Deal with queries regarding order, delivery and pricing on behalf of the sales team or the order office
  • Maintaining relationships with the customers and updating them on any pricing and delivery information that may affect them, either while processing the order or as soon as possible
  • Have a constant awareness of stock and reserves held for customers, taking appropriate action when processing orders for limited availability stocks

The Person
  • Previous experience working in a customer service or sales role
  • Enthusiasm when dealing with customers and suppliers to give them a pleasant experience
  • Willingness to go that extra mile and find new and innovative solutions to a variety of supply chain and customer issues
  • Degree calibrate or equivalent working experience
