Are you a results-driven Customer Service Manager/Sales Operations Manager, working in a B2B Consumer Products environment? Do you have a second European language (ideally French or German)? Client Details

Our client are a Premium Consumer brand, based in South West London, and supplying markets right the way across Europe. They have exceptional products, a very strong brand reputation and very exciting plans for the future. They now need a capable B2B Customer Service Manager (with a second European language) to help take their Customer Service function to the next level.


The Customer Service Manager will:
  • Lead, coach and manage the Customer Service team
  • Own all Customer Service and Order Processing for Europe
  • Monitor and evaluate performance against KPIs/SLAs
  • Establish a continuous improvement mindset, and strive to deliver Customer Service excellence at all times
  • Own the daily/weekly relationships with the 3PLs, working with them to drive performance
  • Creating daily and weekly sales reporting for the senior leadership team
  • Be results-driven - always looking at the processes and coming up with creative, proactive solutions to issues

There is also scope to get involved in the wider Operations function over the medium term - so this role has fantastic progression opportunity.


The successful candidate will:
  • Be experienced in B2B Customer Service/Sales Operations, ideally with Consumer products
  • Have experience managing and leading teams (at Manager or Team Leader level)
  • Speak a second European language - ideally French or German
  • Possess a strong understanding of customer service/order management excellence - and how to motivate a team and set up processes to deliver it
  • Have strong analytical ability
  • Be passionate about delivering continuous improvement and world class customer service
