An opportunity has arisen with my FMCG client based in Nottinghamshire, to appoint a Customer Service Manager to lead this important area of the business.

Client Details

My client is a leading FMCG manufacturing company with an excellent reputation and a strong presence within its markets. They manufacture both their own brands and own label products for retailers - B2B. They pride themselves on exceptional customer service to support the business. n opportunity has arisen to appoint a Customer Service Manager to lead this important area of the business.

Description

  • To ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and liaise on stock availability to customers and sales managers
  • Set up and maintain all annual customer details incorporating pricing, range, order processing method
  • Ensure all orders are received and processed accurately
  • Liaise and communicate on stock availability to all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage customer service team (1 report)
  • Manage and issue a monthly service report
  • Provide departmental training and advice on MIS Office and Nav

Profile

This role would suit someone with practical experience in an FMCG customer service role who also has responsibility for order input, stock management and a strong stakeholder orientation.

The successful candidates for the role of Customer Service Manager will be proficient at working with IT systems including MS office alongside excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills.
