Our client is a leading specialist Medical device business, pioneering innovation to continually improve solutions and value for their clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader, with experience of interfacing with senior leadership internally and externally, to develop and improve the customer experience in order to deliver sustainable customer satisfaction, increased service efficiency and a positive impact on business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the CS Director to drive customer experience plans with a clear set of priorities and develop a KPI Deck to track performance.
  • Develop key relationships both internally and externally and work collaboratively on improving services, building and maintaining a strong network of contacts across the business
  • Lead the Customer Service team to have a strong focus on delivering measurable improvements for customers and understanding of the commercial impact
  • Build team capability for a 'multi-skilled' approach to the customer experience
  • Support, promote and champion an integrated customer service experience strategy.
  • Own the responsibility for the 'customer service people agenda' from the training needs analysis, through to effective performance and talent management, ensuring valued based behaviours
  • Take full ownership for developing customer centricity and develop a range of ways to understand performance and progression and the impact on customers
  • Identify tangible areas where a return on the Company's investment (ROI) in our customer experience plans can be achieved

    Skills & Experience

    Experience in a senior Customer Service leadership role with a proven track record of excellent customer service delivery
    Able to quickly establish credibility & the ability to influence at all levels.
    Strong management skills, with a proven ability to motivate, lead and develop the team
    A positive customer-focused outlook
    Confident, with excellent interpersonal skills; a highly persuasive communicator
    Strong collaborative skills and evidence of working in partnership to deliver strategy
    Good understanding of the operational drivers behind what drives great customer experience
    Experienced in change management
    High level of computer literacy SAP essential
