Client Details

Our client is one of the most iconic FMCG brands, with a fantastic product portfolio and a market-leading presence globally. They are hugely successful, but to drive and build on that success they need exceptional people - and they now need a Demand Planner to join the team in London!


The Demand Planner will business partner the commercial teams to drive forecast accuracy and availability, whilst minimising inventory levels and cost. In practice, this will mean:
  • Owning the Supply Chain planning process for a portfolio of SKUs (for the UK and Ireland markets)
  • Working closely with the Commercial teams to understand trends, activity and NPD, using this information to build and interrogate the forecasts
  • Playing a leading role in S&OP meetings with Commercial and Finance stakeholders to assess forward forecasts and performance vs. forecast
  • Continually work to improve internal partnerships and drive process and KPI improvements


The successful Demand Planner will have:
  • A good understanding of forecasting and broader Supply Chain planning
  • Exposure to robust and effective S&OP processes
  • The personal credibility to build constructive partnerships with internal stakeholders, influencing and driving business activity
  • Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
