Demand Planner - Working in Buckinghamshire - £32,000-£35,000

An innovative manufacturer are recruiting a Demand Planner to join their energetic and vibrant Supply Chain team. This is a global business with an impressive reputation and a strong customer base.

Your new role
The new Demand Planner is a key role for the business, you will report directly into the Operations & Distribution Manager and work closely with the S&OP Manager & Forecast Analyst. This is a highly analytical role with also strong requirements to feed information back to the in-house team. Main responsibilities of the role include; Analyse trend and historical sales data; Support, and actively participate in, the companies executive S&OP process; Support EMEA Account Coordinators on stock availability; Develop regular forecast variance performance reports, and distribute them to stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
As mentioned above, you will need to be a highly analytical and problem solving professional with strong attention to detail and the capabilities to communicate the information back to stakeholders and colleagues. It is essential you are experienced with MS Excel and ERP or MRP systems. As an individual, you will be naturally curios with internal drive to understand interrelationships and impacts on business performance. Finally you will be comfortable interacting with global colleagues across various demand functions.
