Demand Planner job, Caerphilly, £25k-£30k, immediate start

Your new company
You’ll be working in a global company that are world leaders in manufacturing within the automotive industry . The company is a subsidiary to a large manufacturer, and constantly growing year on year. As a Logistics manager your role will be fundamental in implementing the further growth of the business and managing the people within in it.

Your new role
Your new role will require you to receiving and processes Master schedules alongside compiling production schedules / Plans. The demands of your new role require you to maintain accurate customer records and calendars whilst developing schedules to support forward demand planning. You will be required to liaise with production and customers in order to provide the most accurate forecasts to suppliers, which will include issuing daily material procurement schedules .

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to have previously worked within a manufacturing environment (Automotive would be advantageous). You will need to possess the ability to build good customer and supplier relations. Alongside this you will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, with the ability to prioritise your workload and work to targets. You will need Strong IT skills, with a good working knowledge of Excel and MRP systems.

You will be offered a £25-£30k salary with statuary and bank holidays included. You’ll be reporting to directly to the Logistics Manager.
