Demand Planners (Customer and Category)

£30 - £40k depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package

Right now we have opportunities for Demand Planners across a number of our business areas based at our UK Head Office in Croydon. As a global leader, with a worldwide reputation for excellence, accurate demand planning underpins our success and getting the right product to shelf, at a profit, is just part of this exciting role. Ambitious and driven you will be responsible for managing the forecasting process for your customers and categories. A natural communicator, you’ll confidently challenge and influence our organisation, ensuring our plans are robust and aligned and supply issues are minimised. From agreeing base rates, promotional plans and other sales impactors and ensuring we exceed our customer expectations, to working with our supply teams to drive efficiency and forecast our business.

To excel in these Demand Planner roles, ideally you will have strong analytical skills and demand planning experience. More importantly, you’ll have the desire and passion to make a real difference in what can be a pressurised and fast moving environment.
