I am currently working with a very well regarded, growing Distribution business based in Liverpool. The role of Depot Operations Manager has been created due to internal growth and developments.
The role of Depot Operations Manager is for somebody to come and manager the 30 warehouse operatives as well as a small transport fleet. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in a family orientated, growing business.
Responsibilities for the Depot Operations Manager:
Introduce learn process and practises into the Depot. Manage and motivate a team of 30-40 warehouse and transport staff. Help the business grow through innovation and ideas for change Influence the climate and culture in the organsiation Ensure all health and safety procedures are adopted in the workplace
Previous Experience:
Transport and Warehouse Management of teams Managing staff through large culture changes Motivate a team of trainee level staff. Driving Licence Six Sigma Green Belt.
