An international stockist/distributor is looking for a Distributors Co-ordinator to be based on a 6 Month FTC at their Bristol Headquarters.

Client Details

Our client is an internationally renowned, best in class stockist/distributor across the UK and overseas. As a direct result of their continued success they are looking for a Distributors Co-ordinator to be based at their Bristol site on a 6 Month FTC.

  • To support existing and new business development by ensuring that new and existing customers receive their orders in a timely fashion and all queries and problems are dealt with and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • To build/maintain relationships with existing customers and develop repeat sales via regular agreed call patterns
  • Working with the UK and Ireland Field sales team to achieve/exceed sales targets for invoiced sales
  • Responsible for maintaining a central customer account library detailing all pertinent information by account including contact details, promotional activity and order book detail etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring the despatch of customer orders for designated area, meeting delivery dates required.
  • Communication with customers regarding the above, including communication regarding any delays due to possible product shortages.
  • Responsible for keeping a clean and accurate order book on the Oracle system
  • Assist the Accounts Department in dealing with queries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Demonstrated sales, telemarketing, customer service or closely related experience preferably in a sales office or similar environment
  • Previous exposure to distributor channels or working across EMEA.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise work load and problem solve
  • Good telephone communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to be friendly, courteous, and tactful with the ability to establish a rapport.
  • A good understanding of the logistics involved in shipping stock worldwide.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • The ability to understand FP&A reports and Targets and the impact of these on the business
  • Tenacity to chase problems through to completion with the larger internal team

Job Offer

This is a 6 Month FTC opportunity

  • £19,000 - £20,000 (depening on experience)
