My client is a multi national business looking for an experienced export coordinator to join their established team, you will be working on an exciting contract and have the opportunity to progress and develop.

Client Details



  • The day to day order processing / management from receipt of order through to on time delivery, related to operations as defined in the relevant SOP’s, including but not restricted to:

- Preparation of shipment paperwork, as per shipping instruction SOP’s

- Shipment preparation when required
  • Managing all orders in accordance to company Standard Operating Procedures

  • Ability to prepare and progress unique orders which offer specific new challenges.

  • Have the ability to develop new processes if required.

  • Take full ownership and responsibility for customer’s orders and communication

  • Achieve departmental key performance measures

  • To communicate with colleagues and customers to an excellent standard

  • To adhere to policies, procedures and operational processes relevant to the Supply Chain section, and understand the implications of not following them

  • Prioritise their workload, determine required schedules and complete required activities on time in order to achieve delivery to customer on time in full.

  • To communicate issues efficiently and promptly to the Customer Service Supervisor.

  • To suggest improvement initiatives to ensure that the section is performing as efficiently as possible

  • Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with our quality system.

  • To comply with the Company’s Health and Safety policies & Quality policies

  • To maintain confidentiality in company and employee matters

  • To support other team members as required


  • Understanding of Logistics processes.

  • Some international trade experience, preferably within import, export or customs compliance.

  • Ability to learn quickly.

  • Capable of effective prioritisation.

  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel/ Word), as well as a basic knowledge of SAP or similar.

  • Able to be responsible for your own targets.

  • Work effectively in a team to ensure departmental targets are achieved.

  • Able to be flexible and respond positively to change.

Job Offer

£11:11 P/H -

25% shift allowance
£40 S/A Sunday
O/T Time and Half Mon to Friday
Double Time Sunday
