A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative for my client who is a leading FMCG business based in Central London on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with a view to making it permanent upon completion. My client is a market leader in their industry with 16 office locations worldwide, they are a dynamic and innovative business. The reason for this opening is due to internal movement because of growth and as a result, they are looking to expand their Customer Service team.


As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible to provide an optimal service and answer calls from both external and internal customers and consumers. You will also to take charge of order processing for assigned customers and areas from order entry to read for billing.

Responsibilities include:
  • Processing orders in a timely manner and ensure stock allocation is correct.
  • Answer all customer queries and identify problems in the entire service process.
  • Ensure all deliveries are on time in full.
  • Building relationships with customers, sales representatives, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure optimal service levels.

The Candidate
  • Proven experience in an order processing role ideally with B2B experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferred experience of B2B customer interaction
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong IT skills including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS)
