Opportunity to join a well established business supporting their trading teams, ensuring all contracts are executed in an efficient and timely manner and over seeing all import/export documentation.

Description
  • Ensure all contract files are received from the trading teams in good order.
  • Ensure documentary instructions and shipping instructions are issued in a timely manner and in accordance with relevant incoterms.
  • Co ordinate with customers and suppliers globally, ensuring goods are expedited and shipped on time, in the correct manner.
  • Provide documents to customers in a timely manner, including invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, insurance certificates, packing lists etc.
  • Present documents to the bank for payment such as letters of credit.
  • Constant liason with key stakeholder such as suppliers, traders and buyers.
  • Monitor shipments, and provide regular updates to customers.

Profile
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience ideally in Commodities and export compliance or documentation
  • Ability to understand Contracts and INCOTERMS
  • Good communication skills both written and verbally
  • Very good attention to detail
  • Flexible attitude
  • Good computer and information technology skills.
  • Highly organized with an aptitude for problem solving.
  • Strong team player and is able to take responsibility
  • Will fit in well with our multicultural environment

Job Offer

A salary of £25,000 + benefits
