FM Procurement Manager- £55,000 – Woking

A leading organisation are looking for an exceptional FM Procurement Manager that has experience across the hard and soft services. This candidate should have solid end to end procurement expertise and is looking to work in an autonomous role with continuous career progression and growth.

Responsibilities of this exciting FM Procurement role will include:
  • Managing the entire Facilities Management category, with a focus on the hard services including, property, construction, M&E and capex
  • Expanding and doubling the procurement team while keeping a strong buy-in from stakeholders across the procurement space
  • Plan, direct, co-ordinate and control all procurement activities in line with the category, whilst managing the whole end-to-end procurement process
  • Lead commercial and contract negotiations, whilst actively pursuing cost savings and cost reductions in the supply chain through negotiation and commercial innovation

In order to be successful you must demonstrate:
  • Several years’ experience across the FM procurement space both within hard and soft services
  • Have the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Influence stakeholders and as a procurement leader, developing communication and data sharing link with both stakeholders and suppliers
  • Degree/CIPS qualified is ideal but not essential
