The exact scope and additional specific categories of responsibility are still to be determined. This position will involve cementing and building upon successes achieved thus far by the team in the Management Consulting space and increasingly in the HR Services space. The chosen candidate’s ability to successfully manage our key Professional Services categories will help us to progress opportunities and deliver increased value in this traditionally complex area of spend.

The key to being successful in this post is you will have good exposure to working with Senior Executives and HRD's from within Blue Chip companies. Due to the nature of the projects you will pick up, you will be working with senior figures from multiple companies from within the group. This will require excellent relationship building skills to adapt to each business accordingly to encourage collaborative working.
