Position: Global eSourcing Manager
Location: Seattle Washington, Germany or Open to the right candidate.
Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 plus excellent benefits

This would be an excellent position for someone who has excellent eSourcing experience and would like to take the next step up.

I require a Global eSourcing Manager that has 5 years experience and a track record in eSourcing to work in this new role as part of the new global procurement function for my client a world leader who produce quality capital equipment.

My client is a Global organisation and 3rd largest in the world within the industry and due to continuous growth they now have this exciting new role.
A diversified global manufacturer and with projected net sales of approximately $7 billion dollars the future is looking positive. They are an organisation that invests in their staff and believe in succession planning.

The Role
The position of Global eSourcing Manager is a new role and as part of the new global procurement function, to lead the deployment and management of an eSourcing Strategy. This position will lead the implementation of an eSourcing platform across the organisation, including training, event planning and tracking. You will be instrumental in developing long term eSourcing, setting and monitoring eSourcing related savings objectives.

Responsibilities
• Lead the development of an eSourcing platform deployment plan, including training, objective setting, and metrics creation.
• Directly manage pilot eSourcing events.
• Manage user training and platform implementation.
• Coordinate eSourcing activities across the corporate commodity teams and business unit purchasing departments to achieve eSourcing objectives.
• Manage integration activities between the eSourcing platform and other Terex systems such as eCost and Oracle as required
• Integrate eSourcing objectives with commodity and business unit objectives
• Develop sourcing/bidding strategies in order to optimize the system and leverage external best practices to provide for the efficient/effective process for electronic bidding across the SM group.
• Support the strategic sourcing process for all e-sourcing events, i.e. eAuctions, eRFI, eRFP, etc.
• Develop eSourcing training relative to SM team, staff, and suppliers.
• Share eSourcing best practices and information within organization.
• Effectively promote the e-sourcing system among the procurement and internal stakeholder community.
• Proactively manage the pipeline of eSourcing events to ensure all events have the required support.
• Lead the configuration of the eSourcing platform to be used as a global savings projection and project management tool for the supply management function
