Do you have strong experience in designing and implementing end to end Supply Chain processes, within the framework of leading a global ERP implementation? Do you have significant exposure to leading and influencing at a senior level? Do you want to play a key part in a global, big business environment with an ambitious Supply Chain transformation strategy?

Client Details

Our client is a multinational, listed company providing Consumer goods and services across over 60 countries. Headquartered in London, they have over 40,000 employees internationally, and are at the cutting edge in their sector. They are now looking for a Global Supply Chain Process and Design Director to drive forward their Supply Chain improvement strategy across the organisation, particularly with regard to their global ERP rollout.

The Supply Chain improvement strategy will cover:
  • Warehousing & Distribution
  • Sales & Operations Planning
  • Direct Procurement (Manufacturing and Production)

The Global Supply Chain Process and Design Director will drive the design and implementation of global processes across all of the above areas, to align ways of working across all global business units to prepare them for the new ERP rollout. You will also use this as a way of identifying and leveraging economies of scale to drive Supply Chain efficiency globally.

You will also lead and manage the implementation programme for the new ERP system, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal business impact.

The Global Supply Chain Process and Design Director will need:
  • Significant exposure to leading, managing and influencing at a senior level
  • Extensive international exposure, preferably across complex Supply Chains
  • Demonstrable experience of designing and implementing new Supply Chain processes
  • Strong experience of international ERP implementations

You will also need the drive and passion to transform a complex global Supply Chain. The business are at the beginning of a fantastic transformation journey (they have already been nominated for a Supply Chain Excellence award for their vision) and now need someone with both the skills and capability to allow them to deliver.

Job Offer

The role will be based in Central London (with some travel and flexible working) and will pay £77,000 - £112,000 plus attractive benefits.
