Designs and makes exceptionally well-made furniture, upholstery, lighting, fabrics, wallpapers and interior necessities. All of their designs are made in Britain in small workshops that excel in traditional crafts, they are then shipped around the world to a variety of clients. Their client list includes international interior designers, decorators and architects with designs also found in many private houses, chalets and yachts around the world as well as hotels and restaurants. They are growing and have a strong team to support in all areas and ensure an interesting and exciting environment.

Your new role
In this company, as every product is produced with the highest care and standards before it leaves for delivery they are carefully checked and photographed. Working as the QC (Quality Control) assistant you will be reporting to the QC Manager initially with opportunities for increased responsibility and growth in the future. As a QC specialist you will be part of a key step in the product journey prior to customer delivery ensuring the utmost standards. Other elements of your role will include: Photographing the bespoke products and conducting quality reports, maintaining stock updates on the warehouse system, preparing goods in reports, and liaising with the wider teams to ensure smooth overall operations and customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed
As an ideal Goods in and QC candidate you will have experience in a warehouse/workshop environment as well as very keen eye for detail and maintaining standards. As part of this role you will need to be familiar with stock management as well as the systems that go alongside this. The nature of the product line at this company will also mean that as the QC you will need to be familiar with leather and upholstery standards and quality.
