An exciting opportunity has arisen in Sheffield for a Graduate Supply Chain Administrator to join a successful business due to experience significant growth, on a temporary basis.

Client Details

Our client, based in Sheffield, have a strong reputation across their specific market sector. Due to growth and plans to build stronger processes across supply chain they are now looking to appoint a Graduate Supply Chain Administrator.


Main Role and Responsibilities:

    • Support the Supply Manager with regards to call off of store equipment

  • Monitor and maintain the tracking document to ensure trackers are issued within agreed timescales. Regularly compare dates on document against programme status report

  • Monitor progress of each project through to PC and ultimate project close out (outstanding items).

  • General administration duties.


Skills & Competencies:

Confident in dealing with various stakeholders, suppliers / contractors.

Ability to analyse and process system checks with a problem solving bias.

Work effectively as part of a team and or on their own, escalating information as appropriate and to the Supply Manager.

Apply effective problem solving and decision making techniques where appropriate.

Excellent PC skills; Competent in Microsoft applications, specifically AX and Excel.

Job Offer

£20,000 - £22,000

Minimum term: end March 2018.
