An innovative and highly regarded distribution solution provider is looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth within their e-commerce B2C / final mile sector. Competitive salary and executive package.

An amazing opportunity has presented itself for a highly successful senior player with proven retail / e-com distribution sales experience at a national and international level, gained within the 3PL / logistics / distribution / parcels / mail sectors. You will be joining a forward-thinking distribution solution service provider and selling final mile / B2C international and domestic distribution solutions that utilise the services of a well-developed logistics network.

This business understands the pressures faced by the major multi-channel retailers today - and so must you! You will have a direct influence over the business’ continuing success through your ability to effectively execute a clear-cut sales strategy along with your deep-rooted appreciation of the importance of continuous new business development and current account retention. Your ultimate success, however, will hinge on your expert ability to manage and motivate a large sales team to out-perform expectations. Its a given that you will be experienced in setting goals, measuring pipelines and checking KPIs etc. but what we are actually looking for is a Sales Manager who really shines at developing a team through leading by example. We want a genuine diamond who can take the game up a gear with that extra spark they can bring to the table.

Candidates should be positive and enthusiastic with strong inter-personal skills. You need excellent communication and negotiating abilities and to be a confident presenter. You will be highly experienced in customer acquisition and retention - well versed in cultivating high-level relationships with clients, nurturing large-scale accounts at a national and international level and selling to customers' needs. It is a given that you will be highly analytical and financially astute. You will have a relentless drive for personal and team Sales success and the gravitas needed to drive large-scale sales opportunities / negotiations through from qualification to implementation.
