Your Role:
Firstly, you will be responsible for ensuring that everyday operations run smoothly and efficiently, combining management with customers' items and ensuring that you run a tight-ship, resulting in everyday wins.
Secondly, you will see the operations space as a lab where we design, test and improve new approaches. You will be innovative and creative in your contribution and have an underlying desire to restore new solutions for yourself and your team.

Ensure safe reception and storage of all customer items.
Training, educating and enhancing your team's responsibilities.
Design of storage processes including inbound; pick and pack and outbound.

You are:
A creative mind with start-up and/or fast-growth experience.
Great analytical and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of a 2:1 degree or relevant numerically focused, commercial experience.
A team enthusiast with strong communication, inspirational and leadership abilities.
Highly entrepreneurial & self-motivated, with a hands-on approach.
An analytical problem solver with great initiative who is 100% accountable.
