HR & Professional Services Sourcing Specialist – FTSE 100 Management Consultancy Firm- London – £35,000 - £50,000

One of the world’s leading Management Consultancy Firms is looking to hire an Internal Procurement Sourcing Specialist to support all internal category teams, but primarily the HR & Professional Services sections. You will support their pre-existing International Category Managers in terms of their global sourcing across a range of categories. The company are looking for someone to join, and more importantly grow within, their soon to be best-in-class procurement function.

Role Responsibilities:-
• You will provide specialist support to Category Managers in order to effectively execute the category plan, deliver savings, and manage client relationships
• Interact with key, senior stakeholders to ensure the HR & Professional Services procurement function is as relevant as possible throughout the firm
• Manage and take the lead on some projects, as a chance to develop your skills and progress to the next level

Background Required:
• Degree+ CIPS (Preferred but not essential)
• Proven track record of building relationships+ delivering quality service to clients/ stakeholders
• Experience in project management and exceeding expectations in terms of savings ideally in the HR & Professional Services Category
• Relevant industry experience in Professional Services/Financial Services is desirable but not essential
