Import and Export Logistics Coordinator, Central London, Global Tech Company

The opportunity to work for a multinational electronic and gaming corporation as their Import/Export Coordinator has become live in Central London. This is a chance to develop not only your career path within an excelling company, but also to advance on your operational and Logistics knowledge.

The team are looking to welcome a new member into their European Operations division which oversees the planning and distribution of all gaming hardware, offering a vibrant and multicultural environment with it.

  • Support the central distribution team with the administration of vendor invoice/purchase orders, cost reporting and export documentation.
  • Coordinate import and export shipments and reporting.
  • Think outside the box and adopt to change is essential to support the distribution team within future challenges of a changing environment.
  • Check and ensure that ensure the integrity of system data.
  • Evaluate invoices against rate cards and submit for authorisation.
  • Issue weekly and monthly purchase orders for logistics transactions.
  • Coordinate export documentation including Certificates of Origin, SASO Certificates.
  • Provide information and support to other internal and external parties.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and international colleagues

You will be:
  • Keen learner, willing to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent problem solving with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Vibrant and a good team player- building relationships both internally and externally.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Organised and proficient.
  • Efficient user of Excel, ERP and/or SAP.
