The Process Manager will monitor and audit Indirect Procurement's processes to ensure compliance and identify continuous improvement opportunities on key Indirect Procurement tools and processes.

A key element of the role is developing a future vision for Operational Integrity including internal monitoring of existing audit processes, performance measures and implementation of corrective actions, and how it needs to be delivered encouraging fit for purpose solutions to maximize effectiveness, simplification and efficiency while minimizing risk to the organisation.

The role requires strong engagement and influencing skills. The successful person will be expected to develop strong working relationships across all Procurement and Supply Chain functions.

They will also work cross-functionally to define, develop and achieve sign-off of improvements in process design / workflow modifications, both internally and with service providers.

The role will also support Indirect Procurement in defining and supporting current and future Audit improvements and will involve significant levels of stakeholder engagement across Indirect Procurement and the businesses they support.

The candidate will have global responsibility for the management and coordination of an integrated quality assurance verification process, working closely with the Planning Manager to develop a customer experience for customers across systems, teams and processes. This will include identifying and leading to develop and implement a sustainable quality assurance audit process supporting standard operating procedure and Indirect Procurement operating procedure compliance as well as compliance to other internally and externally mandated processes. A key responsibility will be to collaborate closely with the broader procurmenent project management team as well as Category Teams and other leads and service owners to ensure that Operational Integrity integrates effectively to meet changing requirements in a consistent optimised manner.

This role will collaborate extensively with Indirect Procurement Knowledge Management to coordinate content and messaging across our digital tools and support training efforts where required.
