Procurement Analyst, Private sectors , London based, to start ASAP,

Your new company

My client is a global leading media company with the most valuable entertainment and news brands in the world, they cover sports, news and entertainment. As an international entertainment company they are big on creating the best up to date content for their customers.

Your new role

In your new Procurement Analyst role you will be responsible for the new supplier processes, supplier analytics and maintaining the contract database. You will be negotiating tenders and making tender submission scoring and analysis, as well as taking part in commercial discussions. You will identify IT synergies and assist the local team to make savings. You will be communicating with Procurement stakeholders and running monthly reports. You will also be liaising with HR, Accountants Payable and the Legal department to escalate any issues as they arise.

What you’ll need to succeed

Ideally you should have A Finance, or Procurement, or numerical background. To succeed in this role you will be good with numbers, Excel and systems (ideally PeopleSoft). Analytical skills are essential, ideally you will have the ability to determine the commercial cost of goods and services from contracts. You will need to be used to working under pressure, using your own initiative and pay attention to detail. You should have strong organisational skills, be able to communicate at all levels.

*Ideally, you will be able to speak Spanish is a bonus*

Must have:
Knowledge of Procurement Worked in the Private Sector
Be available to start on the 18th of September

This is an exciting 4 month short-term contract. Working in London with a competitive day rate. The Procurement Analyst job will start on the 18th of September 2017.
