A government department in central London is seeking an Interim Procurement Managers to join a small team. The jobs is initially for six months. You will have the opportunity to provide procurement advice as well as running tenders, while also providing input to procurement guidance and process documents.
Duties will include:
Providing procurement advice
Placing tenders and running procurements through the Bravo Solutions system
Maintaining accurate tender records
Updating the contracts register
Drafting a monthly Management Report for the Head of Procurement
Assisting the Head of Procurement with updating procurement guidance
You will have a background in public sector procurement, and be able to demonstrate:
Understanding of OJEU procurement regulations, and experience working within these
Familiarity with government procurement frameworks
Experience of using the Bravo Solutions system
A track record of working well with teams
Excellent communication skills
CIPS qualification preferred
