Our client has engaged us to support them in their search for an Interim Warehouse Project Manager to manage a team of contractors in the build and fit-out of a new warehouse.

Client Details

Our client is is an up-and-coming business within a niche sector of the eCom FMCG market, due to recent expansion following the purchase of a new warehouse this is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to build on their project experience.

Description

The role involves managing the physical fit-out of approximately 80,000 sq ft of warehousing, the solutions design and procurement has already been completed so the main deliverables include:
  • Manage multiple contractors.
  • Deliver the project on time and within budget.
  • React and advise on potential changes required to the layout during the project.

Profile

The successful candidate will be immediately available and be able to demonstrate some of the following:
  • Have experience in managing several projects on an Interim basis.
  • Demonstrate an ability to manage 3rd party contractors on the physical fit-out of a warehouse.
  • Have had exposure to either Logistics, Manufacturing or Construction operations.

Job Offer

Our client is offering £350-£400 per day DOE for a period of 2-3 months with an immediate start - to be considered for this role you must be immediately available.
