Inventory Analyst - Essex - £25,000

Your new company
An international supplier of specialist construction materials are looking for an experienced Inventory Analyst in their industry leading business.

Your new role
As an Inventory Analyst you will be expected to effectively plan, co-ordinate, manage and run an efficient inventory for a cluster of branches. There will be a strong emphasis on materials planning along with a close working relationship with transport operations, sales teams, ensuring the provision of a consistent, high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities include managing and updating stock profiles across the cluster, accounting for changes in customer demand and supplier suitability, working closely with the sales teams and Senior Management and to assist in the forecasting, planning and ordering towards purchase targets for the cluster.

What you'll need to succeed
As an Inventory Analyst you will be an effective planner and communicator. You will have the ability to understand and address the remit of inventory control procedures using strong analytical skills. Building relationships will come of ease to you and you’ll be highly collaborative. Good communication skills, with the ability to influence others to deliver results is key as well as the capability of dealing with resistance within the role. Commitment to learn and develop new skills to streamline processes is favourable.
