Logistics Administrator for International Luxury Retailer, Central London

This is an opportunity for a Logistics enthusiastic and professional to join a leading global Retailer. With the brand offering sustainable, inspiring and innovative products, you will have the chance to help arrange and orgasnise within their Logistics department.

This position is based in Central London, offers great training, development and package. The company are highly functional and offer stylish clothing to a wide network of people, so an interest in fashion or retail is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organising of Logistics shared databases, largely excel.
  • Order processing on an international field.
  • Administration of stock holding in multiple warehouses via SAP.
  • Courier despatches – UK & worldwide.
  • Offering innovative ideas and structures within the team.
  • Responding to customer queries.
  • Providing freight costs to the sales team.
  • Generate reports for the Logistics, Sales & Finance teams.

We would like you to have proven experience of export and importing, or work experience within the Logistical field. You will be inspired to work within a fashion label, have good, proven communication skills and attention to detail. You will also:
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Practical, logical and systematic approach to work.
  • Be a strong team player, personable and friendly.
  • Enthusiastic with innovative ideas to contribute.
  • Good time management.
