Page Personnel Logistics are currently looking to recruit for two Logistics Administrators for our client in Beckton, East London.

Client Details

Our client are a successful furniture business.

Description

You will be responsible for ordering products from suppliers and transferring stock between warehouses to ensure suitable stock holding levels as agreed between stock and warehouse managers. You will assist sales and the sales support department within group to order and ensure arrival of special projects. Other duties will include:

  • Continually monitor stock levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet expected daily sales.
  • Daily production of purchase/purchase return/transfer orders to maintain stock levels. Production of special orders as requested by sales, in line with current procedures.
  • Produce and distribute daily/weekly stock level reports for other departments. Daily production of stock reports in Navision to check sales requirements.
  • Liaise with warehouse team to ensure all paperwork for deliveries is up to date and goods are selected in good time for onward delivery.





Profile

We are looking to speak with candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • Experience in either fashion or furniture industry.
  • Strong PC skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Meticulous and diligent with tireless attention to detail.
  • An excellent communicator with exceptional organization skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive and a team player.
