Logistics Administrator for International Luxury Fashion, Central London

This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic Logistics professional to join a Global Fashion Retailer. With the brand offering sustainable, inspiring and innovative products, you will have the chance to implement your expertise within their Logistics department in Central London.

This position offers a vibrant, modern and sociable working environment with great training, development and package. The company are highly functional and offer stylish clothing to a wide network of people, so an interest in fashion or retail is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sufficient understanding and running of the in-house system, similar to SAP.
  • Correspond with the Sales teams, based in the US, on creating Sales orders and authorising returns.
  • Liaise with 3PL service providers and Credit Control on distributed products.
  • Offering innovative ideas in the team.
  • Maintenance of customer profiles.
  • Generate reports for the Logistics, Sales & Finance teams.

We would like you to have some exposure and experience working within Logistics and Operations, but a passion to work in the field is paramount. You will be inspired to work within a fashion label, have good, proven communication skills and attention to detail. You will also:
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Practical, logical and systematic approach to work.
  • Be a strong team player, personable and friendly.
  • Enthusiastic with innovative ideas to contribute.
  • Good time management.
