This is an opportunity to work for a leading Pharmaceutical company based in Southgate, London. The company develop, distribute and manufacture products designed to combat widespread animal disease. For a great cause, this brand are a market leader, operate sales in 70 countries, have a global value of near $30 billion and offer their employees a great training and environment to work in.

This role requires someone to come from a Logistics and Sales background, capable of ensuring smooth operation of goods across Europe. Someone who is passionate on welfare, pharmaceuticals and logistics will be suitable to apply.

Your new role:
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with distributors/partners.
  • Supporting external Sales team and territory Managers/Directors.
  • Overseeing the EU region.
  • Confirming orders to customers and processing orders on system.
  • Negotiating and arranging freight options for dispatch of orders.
  • Preparing instructions to freight companies on collection and shipment of orders.
  • Resolving of invoice queries from freight providers.
  • Preparing export documents.
  • Become an integral contributor to the weekly Sales and Operational Planning meeting.
  • Track delivery progress of shipments

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Strong relevant experience in a Sales & Logistics environment.
  • Experience of ERP systems required- SAGE preferable.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, in particular EXCEL and other MS packages.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, and have strong data analysis, problem solving and decision making ability.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
