Our client are an importer and distributor within the alcoholic drinks industry.
Description
You will oversee the effective and efficient management of stock for the business. This is achieved by ensuring goods in and processes are meticulously followed while maintaining accurate records at all times. The logistics controller also acts as the main point of contact for all internal and external stock queries, investigating and advising.
Profile
Good understanding of Excel
Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Nav
Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills
Excellent/professional phone manner
Excellent and thorough attention to detail
An aptitude for problem solving and logical thinking
Efficiency and organisation
Self motivated with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests/responsibilities
Understanding of the UK wine industry/HMRC legal and best practice requirements
