This role is to support the Head of Operations and Supply Chain with all aspects of the operations function including demand planning and forecasting, reporting, insight gathering, global customer order management and stock control, in addition to supporting on hospitality, and events.

Description

  • Supporting the Head of Operations and Supply Chain on day to day basis



  • Administering the global customer order process, from receipt of customer orders through to stock delivery across all the customer territories



  • Provide support for hospitality, trade shows and events



  • Producing the weekly Stock/Order sheet and compile other weekly/monthly stock inventory reporting



  • Support with demand planning and forecasting stock requirement for the business



  • Regular weekly visits to the UK warehouse for QC checks and testing



  • Be the main operations contact when the Head of Operations and Supply Chain is travelling / out of the office



  • General administrative duties / support for the Head of Operations and Supply Chain on a daily basis, examples of but not exclusively; reporting, booking flights, accommodation, creating itineraries etc as and when required.





Profile

  • SAP system knowledge and experience highly desirable



  • Numerate with excellent written and verbal skills in English



  • Outstanding organisation and coordination skills



  • Proactive approach to work



  • Able to cope with multiple priorities in a changing environment



  • An ability to work on their own initiative and to tight deadlines



  • Ensure work is completed to the highest standard



  • Competence with MS Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook. Excel skills must be excellent



  • Flexible ‘can-do’ attitude, along with flexibility of working hours



  • FMCG experience an advantage
