Page Personnel Logistics are currently looking to recruit a Logistics Manager for our client based in North London.

Client Details

Our client offer an end to supply service to a well know fashion brand across the UK as well as 28 other countries around the world. Due to the continued success and growth of the brand our client are looking to expand their head office operation.


In the role of Logistics manager you will manage, own and co-ordinate all day to day operations for the business. This is a varied role where you will have exposure to all areas of the business with a focus on the following areas:

  • Stock Reconciliation & Inventory Management
  • Stock Order Management - Raise new orders accurately and on time when Directors confirm
  • Order Process Management
  • Customer Order Input Management
  • Internal Day to Day Office Management
  • Internal Warehouse Management
  • Office Supply Purchasing & Service Management
  • New Starter Organisation
  • Director Support & Organisation
  • Customer Facing Support
  • Management Reporting


The ideal candidate for the role will already be working in a similar position with exposure to such a variety of responsibilities across logistics and supply chain. Candidates must suit a SME operation where you will be required to cover all areas of the operation and be comfortable working in a very busy and ever changing environment. Other skills requirements will include:

  • Experience of logistics management in with an understanding of warehouse management or supervision of inventory
  • Experience of working with operating systems for inventory and or order processes
  • ERP systems experience – Preferably Oracle / Netsuite
  • Expertise in process management for order fulfilment
  • Knowledge of shipping worldwide
  • An understanding of reconciliation across systems for accurate inventory control
  • Knowledge and experience of returns handling and analysis
  • Experience of issue identification and proactive solution proposal for rectification in day to day operational control
  • Knowledge and experience of stock take and stock control across a business
