Logistics Wholesale Assistant- Luxury Fashion Label- Central London- Immediate Start
This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic Logistics and Wholesale professional to join a Global Fashion Retailer. With the brand offering sustainable, inspiring and innovative products, you will have the chance to implement your expertise within their Wholesale Team in Central London.

Manage International Shipping and Logistic procedures with the US warehouse team.
Liaise directly with clientele and retailers, so strong communication and presentation skills are key.
Monitor shippings by clients daily and function as a primary liaison between customer, credit and the logistics team to ensure a smooth and timely flow of goods.
Provide customers with shipment updates, work with the credit team to follow up on payment and reach out to the merchandising team.
Check on delivery of goods in the warehouse and work with the allocation team to manage flow of goods by customer.
Run weekly shipping reports.
Keep on top of achieving monthly shipping goals.
Adapting to different customer shipping requirements based on international country’s regulations (ie. customs)
Ensure timely follow up to day to day administration duties and customer inquiries (ie. delivery status, pricing questions, swaps, returns, etc).
Order entry and report maintenance.
Pulling necessary reports such as UPC/EAN, HTS codes, product barcodes and Order Confirmation
We would like you to have some exposure and experience working within Logistics and the Fashion industry, but a passion to work in the field is paramount. You will be inspired to work within a fashion label, have good, proven communication skills and attention to detail. You will also:
Some prior experience in customer service/international shipping/administrative roles.
Practical, logical and systematic approach to work.
Be a strong team player, personable and friendly.
Enthusiastic with innovative ideas to contribute.
Confident in building cross functional relationships – you will be dealing with many different internal and external partners.
Organised, proactive problem-solver.
Multi-tasker and able to accommodate different time zones with completing workload.
Microsoft Excel and programmes efficient (advanced formulas).
