Working as a Maintenance Manager for a leading Injection Moulding business in Stonehouse, Gloucester £35K-£40K

Your new company
A rapidly growing tier 1 supplier to both the Automotive and Aerospace industry is now seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their rapidly growing operation in Stonehouse due to a recent buy-out and vast amounts of investment from the new owners.

Your new role
As the Maintenance Manager you will be reporting into the site Technical Manager and deputising for them in their absence. You will be expected to undertake operational maintenance on the machinery whilst developing a clear preventable maintenance schedule for all of the machinery onsite. You will work with the Procurement team in head office, ensuring that all downtime is reduced by keeping high turn over items available in the onsite Stores room. You will also work alongside the Quality Manager to improve the overall quality of goods produced and improving OEE.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have gained the experience of operational machinery maintenance whilst also developing a preventative maintenance schedule. Ideally you will have gained the experience of managing small teams and be highly skilled in 1 to 1 discussions. It would also be beneficial to have an understanding of Lean / 6 Sigma methodologies.

What you'll get in return
As the Maintenance Manager, you will be paid an annual salary of up to £40,000. In addition to working in this autonomous role, you will be exposed to a vast amount of progression and development opportunities due to the business' growth plans.
