Do you understand all the steps that a Supply Chain needs to take - both in terms of planning/process and Master Data - to deliver a new product to market? Have you got experience of partnering with Marketing/NPD to deliver that?

Client Details

Our client is a well-established, family-owned Pharma business, based in London. They have an exciting 5 year strategy, and NPD will play a key role in that. To support this agenda, they now need a Manager to cover Supply Chain/NPD Co-ordination and Master Data, to business partner with Marketing to ensure smooth product launches.


The Manager - Supply Chain/NPD Co-ordination & Master Data will cover:
  • Business partnering with Marketing to understand the NPD pipeline, and Supply Chain requirements to deliver that
  • Work across the rest of Supply Chain - including Procurement, Materials/Production Planning & Logistics - to ensure the right steps are taken at the right time, to ensure smooth launches
  • Manage the product set up/Master Data process in SAP to make sure everything runs correctly from a systems point of view
  • Coach and develop the team (2 people)
  • Work with Marketing to drive improvements in the business product launch process


The right candidate for this role will:
  • Have a strong and demonstrable understanding of the steps a Supply Chain needs to take, to deliver product launches effectively
  • Be used to partnering closely with Marketing to integrate the planning/project management
  • Understand Master Data, particularly its impact on new product manufacturing
  • Be a capable manager, able to lead and develop a team

Experience of the Pharma industry would be ideal, but it is not essential.

Job Offer

This role will be based in London, and pay £38k-£43k plus benefits.
