Your new role
We are looking for a highly motivated Materials Planner who is looking to progress their career in a challenging, fast paced and energetic environment. Based at this group's Newark facility, as Materials Planner you will be implementing best practices to maintain supply inventory levels required to meet the production demand, this is across around 300 raw materials, supplied by around 50 suppliers. You will also manage the flow of materials from external storage facilities for just in time delivery to production. As well as producing order confirmations and invoice approvals you will liaise with suppliers regarding expediting of goods, sample requests and trial orders.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be a Planning/Purchasing professional with experience using ERP, planning and replenishment systems. You will thrive in high pressure environments; have superior communication skills and sound attention to detail.
