A privately-held market leading FMCG business are seeking an Office Manager of a 12 month fixed-term contract.

The Organisation

You will be working for a privately-held, recognised market leader, trading in a niche but lucrative space. The business is using their reputation and standing to diversify business ventures, in order to capitalise on major international trends in the FMCG space.

The company have a truly international remit, but a close knit team. The company’s reputation has been built on reliability and excellent customer service.

The Role

You will be responsible for general office management duties, including but not limited to:
  • Welcoming guests and visitors, directing calls and handling mail
  • Managing offices suppliers and utilities
  • Coordinating and negotiating phone contracts, travel insurance, flights and reservations
  • Overseeing inventory of sample products
  • Handling the senior management team’s diaries
  • Assisting with office events and entertainment
  • Contributing to social media channel management

The Person

You will be a highly organised and driven Office Manager, with previous experience in the FMCG space. You will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Supplier coordination and management
  • High standards in customer service
