Operations Manager - Days – Midlands£30,000 - £35,000 p.a. Role ProfileOur client, who is a leading nationwide logistics organisation, is looking to recruit an energetic and experienced Operations Manager. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all operational activities in both a warehouse and transport environment. Responsibilities will include, but not be restricted to, expenditure control, staff, vehicle and stock management, traffic schedule implementation, development and selection of staff, compiling financial data and KPIs. Skills & Experience You must have a proven track record of operational and management experience within both Warehousing and Transport. You will have worked at a management level, preferably in a 3PL environment. You will have excellent communication, man-management and customer relationship skills, along with the ability to set and manage performance KPIs and drive business objectives through influencing your team. Experience of a change management culture and multi site operations is desirable. National CPC would be advantageous. Client information
