Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Order Fulfilment Coordinator for a leading FMCG business based in Surrey. They are market-leading pioneers in consumer goods and are widely known for being an innovative business.

Role

As an Order Fulfilment Coordinator, you will be providing administrative support within a team to support the business goals.

Responsibilities include:
  • Processing orders in a timely manner and ensure stock allocation is correct.
  • Answer all customer queries and identify problems in the entire service process.
  • Checking order status control and reporting back to appropriate POC.
  • Building relationships across all departments of the business.

The Candidate
  • Excellent keyboard skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Good organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and individually.
  • Solid working experience using MS Office skills.
