A prominent FMCG company is looking for an accomplished supply chain professional to join their world class project team. Responsibilities include:

* representing and owning the production planning, scheduling and deployment end-to-end business process & sub-processes
* process/template design, deployment support, driving standardised continuous improvement and global process governance
* participating in preparation of the training materials and delivering workshops and super user training
* reviewing issues, risks and business impacts as well as devising solutions
* proactively and on an on-going basis identifies internal and external best practices that will enable improvement of the standard end-to-end process
* 40% – 50% (global) travel to support key project activity

Successful candidates will fulfil the following criteria:

* graduate calibre with excellent academic track record to date
* currently at manager or senior manager level with experience gained in the FMCG industry
* deep functional knowledge and practical expertise in the areas of production planning, scheduling and deployment
* excellent record of delivery, impressive achievements and regular career progression
* experience of managing significant change programs
* strong stakeholder management skills with both confidence and credibility to influence a wide network of varying degrees of seniority
* systems savvy – experience of SAP is a must- ideally, we are looking for a SAP PPDS consultant with experience of delivering fmcg implementation projects
* proactive, independent, possesses the ability to makes things happen and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in!
