The Bank for International Settlements is an international organisation which fosters international monetary and financial cooperation via wide-ranging banking, economic research and policy coordination activities.

The Bank for International Settlements is recruiting Procure-to-pay Operations Officers to support the Bank's procure-to-pay activities. 

You will contribute to the smooth running of the BIS's procure-to-pay (P2P) operations, support business owners during their P2P activities and contribute to improvements in existing processes. You will contribute to the Bank's operating efficiency by identifying procurement opportunities, helping business owners procure goods and services smoothly, ensuring that contractual agreements comply with BIS terms and conditions, processing incoming and outgoing invoices, and ensuring timely and accurate payments and accounts reconciliations. You will also help to review our P2P processes.

You should be flexible, dynamic and enjoy taking the initiative to create change. In addition to taking an analytical approach to business processes, you should be a customer-oriented team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English is required. 

We look forward to meeting candidates with commercial diploma and three to five years' relevant work experience. A bachelor's degree in business administration is desirable. Sound knowledge of ERP systems, in particular Oracle Fusion, will be a plus.

The BIS's head office is located in Basel, Switzerland, with representative offices in Hong Kong SAR and Mexico City.
