Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst role for leading hospitality group in London

Your new company
A leading hospitality company are looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst to join their London team of about 6. You would work in their group function, serving many house-hold hospitality brands, which make up a network of hundreds of sites across the UK. This role has been developed and adapted to fit the organisational needs in line with the strategic objectives of the overall supply chain.

Your new role
As the Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst, you will support the team in terms of analysing both food and non-food spend across supply base, volumes, regions, and savings. You will wholly own the invoicing process and partner with the finance team to obtain invoicing data and ensure invoices are paid on time. It will be your responsibility to track and report on cost savings versus forecast. If there are any issues with suppliers you will work with the Supply Chain Manager in order to resolve these in a timely manner and ensure the efficiency of the suppliers. You will effectively manage the supplier contract database and ensure all information stored is up to date and accurate.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will be a very competent user of Excel and be able to present analytical findings to senior stakeholders for the betterment of the procurement and supply chain team. You will have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of a procurement function. Preferable industry background would be hospitality or retail, but not essential.
